Writing things down is a great way to create connections in the brain. It supports the mind and body connections and we learn faster.

I know in a world of technology and if you are a student you have grown up with technology and don't like writing. I would like to encourage you to try it for yourself. Experiment and see what happens.

At least give science the benefit of the doubt!

Change is not easy, and your mind does not like change. There will be times when you will not feel like doing it and there will be time that you will procrastinate.

Be kind to yourself and do not listen to your mind.

Just say to your mind “thank you  for sharing” and then act as if you are that person for the rest of the day.
